HIGHLIGHT: The MTSS-WELL Dashboard
MTSS-WELL is Flourishing Associates’ diagnostic multi-tier system of support (MTSS) and intervention system for student and school well-being (Grades 6-12). This system gives schools a hierarchical view and a multi-dimensional understanding of school and student wellbeing strengths and challenges.

An online student assessment, scored in real-time and categorized according to a four-tier support and intervention structure.

Monitors and highlights strengths and areas for growth across six dimensions and multiple subdimensions of school-influenced and student-controlled wellbeing.

Assesses adolescent “flourishing” as defined by the Harvard Flourishing Index (HFI)

Indicates risks to individual well-being such as stress, anxiety, depression, and self-harm.

Email triggers to school-identified staff members (e.g., counselor, advisor, etc.) if responses flagged.
